Over twenty years, I’ve worked concurrently as a business and brand strategist, a coach, a marketer, a psychologist, and an intuitive guide. What I’ve found is that the most meaningful shifts happen when we stop treating these as separate disciplines. The personal and the professional, the private and the political, the creative and the commercial — these are not distinct and separate.

Life has a way of forcing the questions we’ve been avoiding. A transition, a loss, a cheap win, a strained relationship, a major conflict, or a subtle nagging sense of disconnection from a meaningful life.

This is some of the most important work a person can do — and it rarely fits inside a single discipline. Just as you aren’t separated and isolated from the world around you. We’ll move between the practical, cultural, and the psychological, the conscious and the unconscious, the outdated stories and an emerging way forward.

People come to this work in the middle of: career transitions, grief and loss, divorce and relationship endings, creative blocks, burnout, life stage crossings, and the quieter crises that don’t have a name. You don’t have to be “ready” or “accomplished” to work with me.
