As our lives become more fragmented and isolated – and more online – we’re losing the skills and wisdom to build collaboratively, create collectively, navigate tension, repair rupture, and remain connected with who we are. And so we find ourselves moving further away from what we long for most: connection, meaning, value, purpose, beauty, joy.

There’s a shared sense of angst, existential dread, and grief.

Overwhelm has become the norm because we each feel like islands, stuck in survival mode, treading water. And our therapies and spiritualities have become products of a broken culture, so we’ve developed a sense of helplessness when it comes to the issues we all face every day.

I work with individuals and organizations to reconnect with deeper values that give our lives and endeavors real meaning, and real longevity. I help navigate the ever-changing sociopolitical and digital landscapes in order to cultivate profound insight, forge fulfilling paths, and engage in work that feels anchored to something greater than ourselves.

It’s time to stop bypassing discomfort and burying our collective heads in the sand. It’s time to remember how to sit in stillness long enough to remember what drives and inspires you.

Wellbeing isn’t a private thing, separated from the wellness of the world and people around us. At a larger scale, my work and my research is dedicated to transcending this divide between our sense of self and our sense of belonging. And to understand that these don’t have to be at odds with each other.

But on a personal level, I’m here to support you. Check out my practice and reach out.
