Nobody can really argue that over the last 50 years our lives have become more fragmented and isolated – and more online. The meaning of work and creativity has also splintered, leaving many of us out on our own as we navigate a rapidly changing culture.

And now, we’re giving over our insight and intuition to the new gurus: chatbots and artificial intelligence programs.

At a rapid clip, we seem to be losing the skills, the wisdom, and the desire to build collaboratively, harness our creativity, navigate tension, repair rupture, and remain connected with who we are. 

At the core of my practice is this essential humanity, and I invite you back home to yourself and to a world to which you belong — whatever it is you’re here to do..

My work has always been in support of people and organizations. For 20 years I’ve seen what reconnecting with what truly motivates a person, a team, or a project can unlock.

The problem isn’t usually self-doubt or funding or procrastination or existential dread. The problem is that you really need a witness. Whether you’re a CEO, a founder, a solo-preneur, a creative, or someone who’s just trying to reconnect with deeper meaning, you were not wired to do it on your own. So I invite you into a realm of possibility, where you can engage in work that feels anchored to something greater than yourself.
